3. Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made after this period may incur a charge if resources or travel costs have already been committed.

Customers must ensure we have permission and access to carry out work at the memorial site. Any local regulations, cemetery rules, or required permissions are the responsibility of the client.

While every care is taken, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage or wear on the memorial. We will always inform you of any concerns before carrying out work.
